Micro Focus GroupWise: Enable the use of third party certificates for the gwadmin console

Currently the GroupWise Administration Console is using a certificate signed by its own CA.

It would be better to make it possible to use a certificate which is signed by a different CA as well.
Similar to what is already possible for an MTA, POA and GWIA.

I'd like to upvote this feature; especially as every other certificate (POA, Status Monitor) can already be changed!
