I send a lot of email to colleagues that needs some follow-up. If I don't get an immediate response I tend to forget about it. Then, some time later, I look for the response.

I would like to see the "Find" enhanced to allow a search for sent items having no response.

  • The Sent Items folder can have a column to display "Opened#"; this enhancement is to add the "Opened#" data as a query field. I've had a need for this for myself, as I sent an email to an (obsolete) address in my Frequent Contacts, thinking the message was going to the person's new mailbox. It didn't, it went to the old mailbox that no-one was monitoring. This search would have helped me figure out that something was wrong.

  • Gmail has a feature to remind the sender that an email sent has not been replied to.
