At the System level, Administrator can designate all new GroupWise accounts get added to Group e.g. "Emailall"

There are certain departments that need to email all users in our organization. Currently have a group serving this purpose but it has to be maintained by the Account Admin. Being able to autopopulate as new users are created would be a big help!
