Add the ability to create/define a First & Last Name for a Resource [Role] so that e-mail sent to external recipients receive a more professional looking e-mail. Currently the name of the Resource is duplicated in both the First Name and Last Name field when sent externally.

• Because of the actual behavior we can't use resouces for mailboxes representing a functional role, e.x. sales@mydomain.com. Please add support to create a good looking "Display Name" for a mailadress of a resouce.

• Just being able to control the double name when sent to external recipients would be fantastic. Want to not have "Resource1 Resource1" resource1@domain.com just need one between the quotes.
