We lost a lot of Other GroupWare migrate to GroupWise system due to Flat Address book support only in GroupWise.
All of exist customers argue about why the GroupWise can not support the Hierarchy Address book as same as like Exchange?
How can we convince the AD customers why they have to accept the flat Address book due to email system migration?

It's really important and essential for the GroupWare system.
