It would be much more easier for users to allow create rules to filter internal mails the same way as for external mails.

Now there is only thing possible to filter internal mail only with fields "First Last", but the future should be "First Last <first.last@example.net>" as how we use for external (from Internet) mail. Or any combination First, Last, email address and to use wildcards of course too.
