It is a pain creating rules based on addresses.
To sort mails from and/or to into specific folders I had to create a lot of rules to fit them all because GW will not use match the information.
If I have a contact at my address book and I write a mail the TO is the name out of the address book, the mail address is not displayed.
So I had to create a rule for this name to. move the sent message to the folder I want.
If the same person sends me a mail GW only see the from address which looks different to the entry of my address book.
At this point GW should be able to match the entries (based on the email address) so I need no additional rule catching this message...
I believe it's the job of the POA so I added it to the agents category
