Sometime there is a need to add additional recipient to an (recurring)appointment (ex. team change).

This can be done by "edit appointment" or "invite".

In case of edit, all users are updated after send. But in case of external recipients this is not always desired, as we have seen that some external systems/users get a "appointment cancelled" and a new invitation after. This is confusing recipient.

The request is to add a pop-up at send and ask sender for "Update internal and external recipients" or "Update internal users only". (Exchange/Outlook does this in a such way...). This for client and Webaccess.
