The new vacation rule wizard in GW2014R2 SP2 is very flexible today but it lacks of the ability to exclude items affected by the rule. There should be an option to create a list of addresses not affected by the vacation rule.

For example our ticket-system sends status information via mail to our users, for example if a ticket is closed. If a vacation rule replys to such a mail our ticket-system as sender of the original message will reopen the ticket based on the reply. So a way to exclude the sending mail address from the rule would be great.

Another use case would be newsletters and mailing lists.
