With FILR Integration active for Groupwise, it creates a Directory in the Homedirectory of the User. The User does have therefor full access to it. Beside that, it is out of control of the Admin.

For Management (like clear up old files, file size, ..) and Archiving purposes, I would prefer to store those Files at another location, like /vastorage of the FILR or something the Admin is able to choose, like a separate Volume/NFS Path. Also it would keep the User away from removing files accidently.
