Micro Focus GroupWise: FILR Integration, but let the user choose the type of attachment

With GW2014 R2 Sp2 it is possible to activate the Integration for a User/Postoffice/Domain. But the only option within is the size of the Attachment.

It would make more sense to let the sender of the email choose, if the attachment is sent as Public Link from FILR (see also (https://ideas.microfocus.com/MFI/novell-gw/Idea/Detail/12779) ) or as normal attachment.

Public Link is needed... else the integration is largely useless
