I would be great to solve the GroupWise Client demand with a Wine compatible Windows Client for Linux and MacOS.
How To's to get this running incl. Wine requirements, packets as a sweet topping ;-)
Thanks

I've just tried to install the latest 'gw14.2.2_client_win' in Wine (2.13) but got an error message while it was installing: "err:rpc:rpcrt4_protseq_np_wait_for_new_connection wait failed with error 87"
It would be great to run in Wine environment.
**openSUSE LEAP 42.3
Maybe it would be easier for a customer if MF could provide a docker container for the client - or at least an how-to to make one. One obstacle -
the MAPI interface for GroupWise client - is gone in gw2018...
Tried GW 18 on Leap. It didn't succeed.
A feasibility check involving Wine and GW guys would need few resources. How about one?
Tried GW 18.0.1 in Opensuse tumbleweed but no success, OLE error 80004002
Thats too for GW 18.1! No chance! But it would be a great idea, if we couldn't get any full function client on Linux!
I like Docker idea!
I keep loosing GroupWise customers due to the lack of a native GroupWise client for macOS. My customers stretched the GroupWise 8 MAC Client to its end. It just does not cut it any longer.
