Micro Focus GroupWise: More flexible and accurate formatting in Global Signatures

Creating Global Signatures is pretty crude at present. I often have to create, test, tweak, test, tweak some more, and it never ends up looking quite as nice as I want. More capable tools for creating nicer HTML Global Signatures would be appreciated.

And when doing this, also make sure it really works as desired... sometimes only after a rcgrpwise restart the Signature is being sent out...
