We are using GroupWise 8 on Netware 6.5 SP8

Summer time application is not used anymore in Turkey and I want to disable the summer time because it is at +03: 00 time zone

How does GroupWise do this without any knowledge?

I did it on NetWare but I could not do it on GroupWise
