Micro Focus GroupWise: Allow PO Administrator to add/remove objects from main console view

With a restricted PO administrator, they are able to select the Users, Groups, Resources and Nicknames on the main console view, but not add or delete any objects from this view.

Requesting the ability to accomplish this from the main console view.

This is similar to my need to be able to delegate administration of a post office to a person, but NOT let them alter message retention flags.
