I and my customers facing problem, that when they write emails to foreign people. They need to change spell checker every time they write an email to somebody, which doesn´t speak same language as current language setting of the client. I proposed this long time ago in ngwlist, add to address book option to change spell checkers default language.
Nice thing of this, that this will be functional in both Windows and WebAccess, because it´s bound to address book.
