Having removed ODMA in GW2012 the built-in document management is unusable
I know MS has discontinued ODMA years ago.
Many customers are Stuck with GW2012 + Office 2010
Built-in document management is THE only reason many clients have stuck with GroupWise
Without DM Groupwise is JUST ANOTHER email client and lets face in many ways a POOR email client ie. cosmetics, integration, cloud support
GroupWise even lacks "proper" integration with many of Novell's / MF's own products like Vibe - (which is supposed be a replacement for Document Management ) and Filr
Vibe is OTT... for many users DM is adequate {although some improvements won't go amiss!!}
Add webdav support to enable users to use GW DM and move to GW2014 and Office 2016 / 13
We have dozens of companies still using GW 2012 + Office 2010 which will otherwise have to ditch GW and look at alternatives like Exchange + Sharepoint.
Another option is to use a Wordprocessor & Spreadsheet plugin to add built-in functionality ie. NOT have to rely on MS office. If done properly MF could even charge for this sort of like Filr Std and Filr Advanced !!!

We use have over 1800 users who rely on the built-in GW Document Management.
We are stuck with Office 2010 and are under BIG pressure to move to 2016 or Office 365 as partners and associate companies use office 2016 / 365.
We migrated the GW system to 2014R2 but now gone back to GW2012 Client
Yes, we tried Vibe 3 & 4.
Users don't like it. Its too complicated to use.
GW DM just works ... yes would be nice to have more features but Vibe is NOT the answer.
We need it soon...
