Many of my customers have this issue in their Top 10 list of Help Desk calls for the GroupWise Windows Client. It has to do with end users stating that a Column Heading is missing (i.e. From, Subject, Date) from their Mailbox view or any other view.

It always comes down to the end user saying they did not delete the column heading themself. And that is true 95% of the time, since they did not know they issued the column heading delete by doing a micro mouse drag-and-drop action of the column heading which is an Immediate Delete action.

We need a GAC Client Options setting that can be toggled on/off that prompts the end user of

Do you really want to Delete the column heading of XYZ (Yes/No)?

which defaults to Yes to make it quick for a user that really wants to delete that column heading.
