MSG files are not natively accessible in GroupWise client, but the viewer does understand the format.

To open MSG files, we can work around by attaching them to an email, and then the viewer can read them.

It would be great if MSG files can be opened directly by associating the MSG with GroupWise client, and they open in the viewer.
