The quickview window needs more settings like delay before reading/setting the mail as readed or just setting for double click to open the mail into the quickview window.
The issue is that user which are using the quickview delete a mail and the quickview is going to the next mail and setting the flag as that the mail was already readed.

This is mandatory for us to have the choice if showing a mail in quickview should set the status of it to unread or not as user might miss important information when groupwise client automatically jumps to nect new item and shows this in quickview and marks it imediatelly as read. Build in an Option or a workaround to give user a choice how to manage their workflow as outlook does ;-((((
