We have a very unique situation. We are deploying to our Korean team and they want to type in the Korean name when addressing an email to another Korean and of course the American team wants to type in the english name of the Korean team members when addressing them. The only way we have been able to do this (after opening a ticket) was to create a nickname for each Korean team member and put their Korean name in the first name field so they can address to it. The only problem is that the profile (their phone numbers, address, etc are in the English owner) of the nickname doesn't show when addressing an email or looking in the GAL.

This can also be useful after someone is married and changes names. The name of the account would be changed to reflect their new name but I am assuming a nickname is created in the directory for those that don't know about the name change. Thus when they address to the nickname, they no longer see the profile of the owner but the simple email address field only.
