As a gwadmin, I would like the ability to have global proxy administration to grant or remove access for Users in a PO. I like the other ideas on Users sending requests too, but as an admin, I think it would be helpful to have the ability to grant, view, and remove from the admin console.

yes, it's an ongoing frustration that I can't grant proxy access from the admin console. What usually happens is a user goes on vacation, suddenly management realizes they need to get into his mailbox, and the only way is to actually login to the user's mailbox and grant the proxy access (and of course reset the user's password if I don't know it, which adds another layer of headache if the user is using any remote access). At least it can be done from WebAccess now, it was one step more annoying when only the actual windows client could set the proxy rights.
with GW18's "Mailbox Information" screen that shows who has proxy access to a mailbox, it seems just one step further to be able set proxy access there as well.
Unbelievable this still isn't available in the latest 2018.1 release of GroupWise.
