Under Tools->Options->Security->Proxy Access the GroupWise client has an entry for "All User Access". In english this reads like what it means ... give access to all users. The german translation for this entry is called "Allgemeiner Zugriff". This translation is not very well-chosen. My users don't associate this with "access to my mailbox for all users" so they often set the checkboxes by mistake. Better translate this entry by "Jeder" oder something better that clearly shows who will get proxy access.
