For now you can do Auto-Archive after certain days.
For example: user mail that is older then 1 year will be automatic archived.
There is threshold for warning users option too, but there users must manualy archive or delete there mails.
Would be nice if GroupWise had a option, that if users mailbox file size reaches it limit, auto-archive would archive, for examlple, 10, 20, 30 or last 50 oldest mails.... For sure that nummber could be changed from Administration side in client options.
