For rule management and much more is Vertigo from GWAVA.
Vertigo is nice, but it doesn't allow you to enforce rules on a domain or system level for all users.
It would be nice to be able to push a rule to the client, optionally lock it, and be able to choose whether its position is locked at the beginning or end of user-defined rules, or if it is movable by the user.
I would like to use a tool like this also. My organization has the need to mark incoming mails as privat so that proxy users have no access to these mails.
Our company has the need to mark incoming emails as URGENT when the subject line contains HOT so we don't miss out on customer opportunities.
Mailbox Mangement for GroupWise provides this functionality. We are in the process of Integrating Mailbox Management into the GroupWise admin web console - as a seperate product or available with Enterprise Messaging. With 18.1 you can see and enable/disable rules. More functionality is coming in 18.2 and later releases until Mailbox Management is fully integrated into the Admin Console.
This is available in the GroupWise Admin with the 18.2 release on 10/31/2019. It requires Mailbox Management or Enterprise Messaging.
