Problem: For some time, the GroupWise Client for Windows has been available to customize via GWTuner and deploy the MSI via ZCM bundles. We have built our own MSIs in the past, but it can be a little tricky and time consuming. It seems a little bit tedious to do this for every client update when we just need a simple silent install accepting the default install/upgrade options. Yes, we know autoIt can help - but even it has proved to be a little tricky for these upgrades as well.
Proposed Solution/Benefits: For those of us who accept the default install/upgrade options, it would be wonderful to see a silent MSI install available in ZPM. This would allow our help desk to deploy upgrades to the desktop easily. This would save admins the time of building a custom bundle for a silent install/upgrade - which seems to be a waste of time when we are using all the default options anyway.

I neglected to mention the Standard Edition of Bundle Commander does make this easier, but it still seems MicroFocus/Novell should support their own products better within Zenworks...
