Right now you can allow email form all idomians declared, if you override the default iDomain, you are restricted to one.

I would like the make exclusive on inbound a separate override and provide a check list of all domains and check the boxes of teh domains that the user would be allowed to receive email in the name of.

eg....Use Case: 4 domains entered in the System Internet Addressing, but I have a user who is allowed to receive in only 2 of those domains. currently it.s either allow form all or make exclusive to 1. So on the users internet addressing override, have check list (similar to allowed email formats) and tick the domains the user is allowed to receive email in.

  • We need this too, transitioning from one outside email domain to another, while also managing a third that's unaffected in the same system. No choice but to allow all for all the transitioning users. May increase our spam load to not be able to restrict allowable domains.

  • We also need this, to allow GroupWise to do some basic multi-tenancy capabilities. We have many mailboxes that we want only a subset of iDomains used by them and not all 10 iDomains in the GroupWise system.

  • Have a customer who needs this too as they would like to consolidate multiple externally hosted systems into their GW system. This is not possible today as they need to be able to assign multiple receive idomains to a specific GW Domain or PO. This cannot be too hard to do. The simple thing is customers need this kind of flexibility today, if not there they'll look into moving to other solutions.

  • We need this as well. We have some departments in our organisation that work on their own specific project and need their own domain withing the GW system without the other domains. We want to create separate PO's and assign the right iDomains to these employees. This is not possible and in todays world it should be possible.
