Make the Messenger Client able to connect to different Messenger Systems with different user accounts
- log in as different User at the same time
- log in to different Messenger System at the same time (IP, etc)

• My enhancement is very similar in theme to this one:
  
  I would like the Messenger Client able to connect to multiple user accounts within the SAME Messenger System
  - log in as different User at the same time
  - BUT being logged in to the SAME Messenger System at the same time
  
  This allows a IT Help Desk person to stayed logged into their own jsmith IM account while at the same time be logged into the SHARED Help Desk IM account of ITHelpDesk.
  This then allows the IT Help Desk person monitor the main IM Messenger Account that all corporate employees know to contact when they need quick assistance.
