Having the option to only have a group of email addresses only be sent via "Blind Copy" if more than one address is selected. There was a incident in the UK when a mailing list was sent out via "To" and not "BC" and thus exposing the confidential email addresses of that group.

In addition, in Groupwise Administration when we add users to Groups it should be BC by default instead of To.
