When multiple applications are synchronizing through IDM it is possible that mistakes may be made in an upstream application/system that cause negative results in mission critical applications downstream. A request has been made to build in the capability to remediate negative actions based on anomalous behavior, i.e. a change in HR Job codes normally happens in individual events. Drivers to detect when multiple events come through, send an email or start a workflow to initiate a service desk ticket for review and potentially mitigate the process from completing.
