Sometimes a full provisioning of objects in eDirectory is necessary. This may cause a long delay in provisioning of new objects (especially if there are millions of objects). In such cases it would be a good idea to have the possibility to give the full provisioning a lower priority than the provisioning of the new objects. So new objects get provisioned first and then the existing objects from the full provisioning afterwards.
