Feature to notify the approvers (whom the approval is pending with) if the request is cancelled by the requester from Request History page.
Scenario description:
 User has submitted the request successfully.
 The request is waiting for the approval to be done.
 The approver is notified by email for his/her action.
 Before approver could take any action requester retracts / cancels the request.
 Now I need to notify the approver that the request is retracted by the requester. So no action is required from the approver.
This helps in approvers raising issues that no task available in task list.
