Monitor tool needs the information :how many users login the system , i.e. online users to troubleshoot the performance, which is a very important indicator to all the performance issue.

For SMAX, we are working on the supporability features preparation, and expected to monitor the suite using Prometheus. and online users count will be included if it is available.
