If you assigned a role with a future effective date you cannot see that information within the details of the role view.

Steps to reproduce:
1. create a role named "myrole"
2. open detail view of "myrole" by using "Administration/Roles"
3. click on plus sign next to "Role Assignments"
4. select an user and an future effective date

You won't see any assignments as the role is currenlty not assigned. You can prove that by going to "Request Status" which shows your request from the steps above. You can also see that the state is "Pending Activation" but you cannot see the selected date from step 4.

It would be great to see that as an administrator for debugging purposes.
