Would be required to support Mojave. It's the actual Mac OS and should be supported. Problem currently: No Job Definition Refresh possible and no Schema refresh possible (see Service Request 101234057521)

Hi Uwe - I'm sure you've already seen this, but support for Designer running on macOS 10.14 (Mojave) has been added for:
IDM 4.7.3 (https://www.netiq.com/documentation/identity-manager-47/system-requirements-identity-manager-47x/data/system-requirements-identity-manager-47x.html#operating_systems_for_identity_manager)
as well as
IDM 4.8.x (as explained here: https://www.netiq.com/documentation/identity-manager-48/designer-48-release-notes/data/designer-48-release-notes.html#installing-designer-on-macos)
