I've found during upgrades from 4.5 & 4.6 to the 4.7 driver, a full deploy of the driver is mandatory in order for sys-nrf-* resources to be created and updated. In this upgrade there were also UI config items and ACL changes that were new that don't get deployed unless this approach is taken. It would be ideal to be able to see those in a compare/reconcile type of flow instead of a 'bomb everything out' approach.

It would make upgrading a driver a lot easier since reconciling the driver to Designer would not need to be done before hand.
