Capability to hide text and style of the tab header (“Application”) and the form header (“Applications”) in the Application tab

ability to hide/style and wording of the top TAB “Application”. For example we would like to rename it to “User Management” and change the style. Also may want to hide it all together.
Inside the Tab where it says “Applications” we would like to have the same capability.
Tab or menu names can be renamed using Application -> manage applications -> Localization. Download English properties and rename, then upload it again. Flush the cache and refresh the page.
