Identity Manager (IDM): idmdash landing page's search does not throw error when we search for tiles that are not present

Hello,

Currently, the search in idmdash in 4.6/4.7, acts as a filter to search for tiles on the landing page. If a user searches for a tile that is not present, it just does not show anything but the headings. It would be good if we get an error message thrown to the end user and provide a way to customize the error string.
