Currently Identity Application 4.7 has it's backend running in IDMProv and front end running in idmdash.

We have customers are adopting to 3 tiers network architecture, and we have difficulty in deciding to place our Identity Application server in tier 1 or tier 2.

It is best if the Identity Application can be split because we may need to expose our server to internet due to Mobile Apps.
