Currently the IDM 4.7 Service Driver supports the following versions of service now:
Istanbul
Geneva
Fuji

Since the release or Istanbul two more versions of Service Now have been released:
Jakarta
Kingston

Need to add support for the latest version with the IDM 4.7 Service Now driver.
