Currently when forced enrolment is enabled in CLE and SSPR, a user is not allowed to login to the desktop before enrolling the security questions. It would be great if there is a way to allow three grace logins to the user (with warnings) before he is actually forced to enrol.

This allowes users to proceed with their high priority work without being forced to enrol for three times(or whatever is the configured number) but will be eventually forced to enrol the fourth time.
