Identity Manager (IDM): Identity Governance: Documentation is missing information regarding configutil in console mode

Currently, configutil console mode does not have any information in the documentation. It is not the same as IDM's configupdate. There needs to be a detailed explanation of the properties. All the settings that are explained with UI, needs to be extended for command line with the correct property name.

How can an utility be used if there is no documentation on how it works? Most customers, if not all, that I work with do not use graphical interface on servers.
