In Identity Governance, there is a built-in integrator for ServiceNow and Remedy. Currently, for every application, there can be only one fulfillment. Implying, I can either only create a remedy ticket or call into a IDM workflow. But in most environments creating a remedy or servicenow ticket followed by removing a user from a group or connected system as part of a workflow is very common.

This enhancement for Identity Governance to allow multiple fulfillment configuration for every application.
