Currently, Featured Items and History in dash does not allow to provide granularity. We create ServiceNow/Remedy tickets from workflow and have multiple level of approvals. We wish to see the status of the workorder and other details about the workflow.

The best solution to this will be to provide a way for way to customize what is seen in history. This could include ways to provide status of the workflow and what level of approval and include custom attributes like workorder status.

    Have you played around history in IDM 4.6. Status of the workflow is provided. What other custom attributes do you want to see?

    I haven't tested the features of 4.6. What type of granularity do you need? As part of the workflow processing, we create a remedy or service now ticket. We wish to see this in the history. We can see it after going to the actual task itself, but not in featured items.

  • But in general, it would be great if we are provided a template (xml) of attributes that will have a list of attributes/fields that can be listed in Featured Items.
