As a (review) adminstrator I want to be able to collect and publish an application source before and after a review. It is recommended to collect/publish before and after every review. Scheduled collection is not recommended for this according to MF because this will rapidly increase the database size. It is recommended to manually start the collection/publication before and after a review. When you have 100+ applications with 100+ reviews, manually starting collect/publish becomes unworkable.

Please add an option to collect/publish applications before review, then automatically start the review itself, and on signoff collect/publish again to capture the new situation. Please note that if manual fulfillment is selected, all tasks should be complete before the review collects and publishes the new situation.
