Need to have a symbol of some sort appear whenever Fulfillment Instructions or Comments have been entered for a Review Item. We would also need to be able to distinguish between Fulfillment Instructions and Comments.

We currently have no way to determine if any Fulfillment Instructions or Comments have been entered for a Review Item. Furthermore, there are two types of text from the Reviewer; Fulfillment Instructions and Comments and we need to be able to readily distinguish between them.
