It would be ideal for any testing or updating the email template(s) to be able to update the template without doing a restart of the tomcat service.

In troubleshooting a template issue, having to stop and restart the service is problamatic. It would be ideal to have a configuration setting that would generate a refresh so that everything sees the update without doing a restart.
