Importing Identity Collector Changes Across Environments

At the moment I need to make manual changes to an Identity Collector. In the future, I would like to be able to migrate changes from one environment to another.
You can export from the Test Collections page, then edit the JSON file to configure for the next stage, and then import. But some actual process of "Promote" would be very useful.
