Identity Governance (IG): We would like a report showing Users in Business Roles over time

We would like a report showing Users in Business Roles over time - delta snapshot.
There is a “Permissions Delta by User” and backing view support on Permissions.
I cannot find anything similar for Business Roles.

We want to understand and report on why someone has a permission.
What authorized a user for a permission with the ability to look back in time.

This functionality is covered by the Business Role Membership Delta report which is available with the current version of Identity Governance.
