Currently we are not able to modify or create our own Access Removal Email Notification. We would like to be able to copy a template, as we do with our Review Emails, and create a new Template for Access Removal that we can customize. We would like to customize the text referring to "System Administrator" so that we can refer to this resource in a way that is meaningful to our users.

This is a setting distinct from all the other notifications (set in configutil.sh instead of via Administrator tab in GUI) and should be joined into the standard notification model, in which case customization would follow the usual approach for all notifications. (Same for the Terminated Review email to reviewers)
